Being an English Department student can be a stressful experience at times. We need to unwind, and this is just a small routine breaker. Obviously instruction is in English so the learning always goes on.
I encourage engagement in different activities in class. The students love it and it keeps them on track.
As a hyperactive person, I can say that Karate can help students stay focused for a few more days.
